Thanks to that totally overpriced website I can sell my book for $15.00 and only get $1.00 in return. But if 1,000 people bought my book I would have about $1,000. Here are some things I want the world to know I would do with that money.
Get my Dad a GOOD hearing-aid. So he can hear me thanking him for supporting me even when I screw up.
Buy my mom the most expensive/effective medicine so she won't have to suffer lung problems and allergies. I Love her and don't want her to die early.
If I had a million dollars I would spend most of it on finding the cure for tourette's syndrome. My boyfriend has tourette's and people have made fun of him for it for a really long time. I'm sure it would make him super happy if the cure for it was found. I Love making him happy.
Save the rain forest. In kindergarten when the teacher said rain forests were becoming extinct my heart was broken. I Loved toucans and ant eaters and all the creatures that made a "rumpus in the rain forest." The thought that people were just tearing down the entire forest to make houses and malls and businesses was just So cruel. And it still is. If money can tear down rain forests then money can SAVE rainforest's.
Buy flash cs4. Notice how I put my own needs last. However this isn't completely my need. What I want to do with flash cs4 is make The Girl in Black, Fairytales and Actors, The Quest for hope, and Untitled action/romance movie an animated movie. Of course 4 years at the greatest art college money can buy would help too. I want to make these movies for the people who can't afford my books. Plus my biggest dream was to make action movies.
If I have lots of money left over I'll save it for my future children if I have any. I want my children to get into the best college possible and be able to afford all the technology she/he needs to succeed and what he/she does. I don't want my child to have to think "I might not be able to afford my own dream" like I sometimes do.
And those are the main things I would do with money people spend on my book The Girl in Black.
