I Love school. Except when you're done with all of your work and you have nothing to do. You then want to talk to your friend but he/she is still working on their work. So you're kind of stuck with nothing to do then the teacher says something to you. (Sometimes) Since we're on the subject of friends let's talk about friends.
First of all there are the different types of people. These are the 6 sterotypical categories:
Populars, Goths, Nerds, goody-goodies, wangsters (wannabe gangsters) and other. These stereotypes are influenced by TV shows, movies, ect. Personally I think there should be only two categories so people won't worry about which "category" or "social class" they fall under. These two categories are
1. The people who try hard in school
2. The people who don't really take school seriously but maybe they will soon
As simple is that. Now let's expand a little. (I feel like a teacher now!)
These two "categories" have nothing to do with appearance. People are not always the way they seem on the outside. For example a "goth" person could actually be a "sunny" person on the inside. And vice versa.
The people in category 2 are those people that say things like "I don't care about my grades". But deep down inside they probably do but they won't admit it for some reason. Which technically means that everyone is in category 1. The people who try hard in school. BUT if there are "labels" and "categories" and "social classes" there always has to be a "label, category, class" in between. So then there's the people inbetween who are really lazy but they do good in school anyway. Or maybe they only try hard in school because of certain motivation.
Now that we've established the types of people we move on to friendships. What does this have to do with school? Well school is probably how your mother met your father. Or how your mother met your almost father. Maybe it's how you met your long lost cousin. Either way friends are one of the reasons the people of "category" 2 are in school. Anyway since all people are different there should be lots and lots of categories right? WRONG! Here are two simple categories:
Friends that will most likely stay by your side
Friends that will most likely leave you
The friends that will most likely stay are those really good friends who always have your back, they're honest to you unless they have to lie for a certain specific reason. They aprreciate you for who you are and they're not just being your friend because their other friends have left them. Sound like your friend? Well don't take them for granted aprreciate them!
The friends that will most likely leave you are easier to find then you think. These "friends" don't actually care about you as much as you think they do. It's actually okay to be this kind of friend because not all friends can be with you forever. Maybe one of your friends crosses a line and you choose to not be with them forever so you have to get rid of them. That's okay but if your the victum it doesn't feel at all that great. The friends that will most likely leave don't really listen to you or show as much interset as you show in them. Sound like your friend? Well maybe they're going through something and they're just not ever in a good mood. Who knows. I'm NOT a friendship expert.
Anyway there is the other "category" of friends. This is the very confusing one that involves lots of change. I'm talking about those friends that have been enemies with you for years but then they decided it's time to set aside differences and unite. But then it turns out they only did this to stab you in the back even harder. Maybe the're that one person who was friends with you for years but then somehow you became enemies but then they came back and wanted to be friends again. Possibilities are endless but the main point is you should chersih and aprreciate your friends even if you barely talk. Otherwise they will have more reasons to stab you in the back.
Anyway back to the subject of school. I think I like this ranting. So there are students like me who finish everything and don't really have anything to do. At all. Teachers don't really have anything to do for these students which is pretty sad. The main reason kids talk so much in class is because they have NOTHING TO DO. So then the teachers have to keep saying NO TALKING IN CLASS. Which is why I think they should invent a device that lets you talk to your friends with your mind. But it does some kind of special scanning that checks wheather the person is actually done with all their work or not. And this device could look likea clip on ear-ring for females. I'm not sure what it could be shaped like for males but it has to be small and portable. Well that's all the ranting for this post Happy February!
